As part of the official suppression process, even though the inventor may be restricted from working on the concepts, the government is freely able to take advantage of them and develop them further. It is logical to assume that any equipment and documentation seized by the government would be subsequently handed off to government contractors or unacknowledged special access government organizations for research and implementation for their purposes.
