The ZPE Project Group, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit C-Corporation registered in state of Massachusetts. We have a three member Board of Directors and a three member Executive Committee all comprised of volunteer Members, one of whom is serving in dual roles.
Matthew Eisenberg – Founder, Director
Matthew Eisenberg had a fascination with electrical components, sparked in early childhood by his electrician father that deeply influenced his career path. Matt has a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and also a Master's Degree in School Psychological Sciences from Yeshiva University.
Professionally, Matt has transitioned from the aerospace industry to technical sales, becoming the president and sole owner of a high-tech electronic components company. He represented products like microwave front ends for military aircraft and various electronic components. Matt's role required deep technical knowledge and close interactions with professionals at all levels, from engineers to CEOs, his insights often leading to design improvements.
Matt also had an early interest in science fiction and concepts about the universe, spirituality, and consciousness that would greatly influence his life. “Due to an experience when I was 8 years old, I became interested in extra-terrestrials. When I was around 11 or 12, my uncle got me my first science fiction book, “The City and the Stars” by Arthur C. Clark. That led to my intense interest in science fiction and the universe, which continues to this day.
The combination of Matt's business and professional experience with his connection to those things beyond and a vision of what can be, has led him to one of his life’s purposes of helping to manifest devices for ZPE energy production, resulting in establishing a group dedicated to this mission.
Brian Zazzara – Founder, Director and Treasurer
Brian Zazzara is a visionary leader and innovator in the fields of ultra-science, metaphysics, and quantum physics. He was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and currently lives in Sunrise, FL, with his wife and three children. He has a 30-year background in technology and 20 years of experience in cutting-edge research. He is the co-founder of New Thinking International and the NTI Research Corporation, a non-profit think tank that explores the frontiers of science and consciousness. He is also a member of the scientific research committee for Zero Point Global, a company that develops quantum-based solutions for health and wellness.
As a CE5 Cosmic Ambassador, Brian supports the efforts of Dr. Steven Greer and the CE5 Community to establish peaceful contact with extraterrestrial civilizations. He has spent over 25 years studying the works of pioneers such as Nikola Tesla, T. Henry Moray, Lt. Col. Tom Bearden, and John Bedini, and applying their insights to his own projects. He is the original co-founder and core technical team member of The ZPE Project Group, and the director of the newly formed non-profit The ZPE Project Group, Inc. His life-long commitment is to research and reveal revolutionary technology that can reshape the human experience.
Kenneth “Chip” Story - Director
Chip has over 50 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both as an employee of major oil and gas companies and as a consultant. He earned a B.S. degree in geological engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and an M.S. in geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines. Throughout his professional career, Chip has been actively involved in the field, doing research, publishing papers, and presenting results at numerous industry meetings and conventions.
Chip strongly believes that efforts toward developing energy security are paramount for sustaining and evolving human civilization. “Our species is at a crossroads that will dictate our future both here on Earth and in space. Time cannot be wasted; success in this effort will be very well worth the commitment and passion it demands. Challenges of this sort can happen only once in the history of any galactic civilization. We see the future.” It is this passion, vision and commitment that makes Chip a critical member of our leadership and technical teams.
Matthew S Klee, PhD – President & CEO
Matthew is a pragmatic, driven, efficient, and skilled scientist, inventor, and leader. With over 40 years as a research scientist in chemical, pharmaceutical analytical instrumentation multinational companies, he has become adept at many skills relevant to new technology assessment, innovation, development and commercialization, including project management, organizational development, and distributed team management. Matthew is also an inventor with over twenty issued patents and is a prolific author of peer-reviewed scientific and industry publications.
Matthew is a late comer to the existence and concepts of zero-point energy devices. His trained skepticism, joy in and aptitude for in-depth research, coupled with a trust in the scientific method provide the perfect combination for helping The ZPE Project Group realize its mission of identifying and vetting potential technologies, approaches, and devices. “If we say it is real, it is because it has consistently met or exceeded our requirements, the theories of operation and construction are explainable, it can repeatably be demonstrated, and anyone who follows the designs we publish has a reasonable probability of success.”

Nathan Cutler is a young professional dedicated to expansive ideas, network building, and mastering the skills necessary for humanity's progressive integration of future technologies. A consistent peer leader, thought leader, and visionary, Nathan has approximately 10 years of professional experience in the fulfillment and distribution field, where he excels in improving processes, strategies, and operational modalities.
